Terms of Service

Pro Physique Gold is a Canadian digital fitness platform providing educational training and nutrition guidance. We are based in Canada and price all memberships in Canadian dollars.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province or territory, to hold a membership. You confirm that the health information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

Everything in the platform — programs, assessments, readiness indicators, nutrition targets and AI coach responses — is general educational information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a physician, physiotherapist or registered dietitian. Consult a qualified health professional before beginning any exercise program, and stop immediately and seek care if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, shortness of breath or any other concerning symptom.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account. Accounts are for one person; do not share access.

Membership pricing, trial length and renewal behaviour are described in the Subscription & Billing terms, which form part of these terms.

Do not misuse the platform: no reverse engineering, scraping, resale of content, automated abuse of the AI features, or uploading content you have no right to upload. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other members at risk.

We own the platform, programs, exercise library and educational material. You keep ownership of what you upload, including progress photos, and grant us only the limited licence needed to store and display it back to you inside your account.

Physical training carries inherent risk of injury. You choose to train voluntarily and accept that risk. You agree to work within your capability, to use appropriate technique, and to stop when something does not feel right.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province or territory in which we operate and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
