Referral Program Terms

Your friend starts with the standard 7-day Gold free trial if they are eligible for it — the same trial everyone receives, and only once per account and payment method. Using your link never extends, shortens or repeats that trial. You earn 7 bonus Gold days after your friend's first paid membership payment goes through.

The invited person must be a new member with their own account and a confirmed email address, and must start their membership through our checkout with a valid payment method collected. You cannot refer yourself, and an account can only ever be attributed to one referrer — the first one recorded. Attribution cannot be changed afterwards.

A reward is earned only after our payment provider confirms the invited member's FIRST successful paid membership payment. Clicking a link, creating an account, entering a code or starting a free trial does not by itself earn anything. One reward is available per invited member.

• If you are in a free trial when the reward is earned, your trial end date is moved out by 7 days.
• If you have no active membership, the 7 days are granted as Gold access starting from the later of today or the end of any bonus access you already hold.
• If you are on a paid membership, the days are banked to your account and shown on your referral page. Banked days do not delay or reduce a payment that has already been scheduled.
• If a reward cannot be applied straight away, it stays recorded as earned and is applied when it can be. Earned rewards are not removed because of a temporary technical issue.

If an invited member's subscription is cancelled, refunded, or disputed, a related reward may be reviewed and withdrawn. Bonus days apply to Gold access only, hold no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged. We may change or end the program, or set a cap on rewards per member; rewards already earned are honoured under the terms in force when they were earned.

Referrals that show signs of duplicate or automated sign-ups are placed in review before any reward is released. Reviews are carried out on account and payment signals only. Abuse of the program may result in rewards being withdrawn and, in serious cases, membership being closed.

You are shown counts and reward states only. We never disclose an invited member's name, email address, or payment details to the referrer.

Prices, taxes, billing dates, renewals and cancellation continue to be governed by our Subscription & Billing terms and our Terms of Service. Where this page and those documents differ on billing, those documents apply.
