General educational guidance only
Programs, assessments, calorie and macronutrient targets, readiness indicators, analytics and AI coach responses are general educational information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not personalized clinical care.
Consult a professional first
Speak with a physician before starting or changing an exercise program — especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, have a heart or lung condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, a musculoskeletal injury, a recent surgery, or you are returning to training after a long break. For nutrition targets, a registered dietitian can tailor guidance to your circumstances.
Stop if something is wrong
Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain or pressure, shortness of breath, dizziness, fainting, an irregular heartbeat, joint pain, numbness or any sudden or severe pain. Discomfort that persists, worsens or recurs deserves assessment by a physician or physiotherapist — not a program adjustment.
How we handle reported discomfort
When you tell us an area is bothering you, we take a conservative approach: we reduce load, steer away from that area and keep you in comfortable ranges. That is a training accommodation, not treatment. We do not diagnose injuries and we never suggest working through pain.
Estimates, not measurements
BMI, BMR, TDEE, macronutrient targets and readiness scores are population-level estimates from the information you provide. Individual results vary, and no estimate replaces clinical assessment.
You assume the risk
Physical training carries inherent risk of injury. By training with our guidance you accept that risk, agree to work within your capability and technique, and take responsibility for your own safety.
