Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, authentication provider); profile details (age, sex, height, weight, city, province or territory, country); health screening answers; training history, goals and equipment access; logged workouts, sets, loads and readiness check-ins; bodyweight and measurement logs; progress photos you choose to upload; and messages you send to the AI coach.

To create and adapt your training programs, calculate your assessment, show your analytics and weekly review, provide the AI coach, operate your membership and billing, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run advertising.

We collect health information with your knowledge and consent, and only what is needed for the purposes above. Progress photos are optional; declining them does not limit any other feature.

Your data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level access rules so that your records are readable only by you and, where strictly necessary, by an administrator acting on your support request. Progress photos are held in private storage and are not publicly accessible. Data may be processed outside Canada by our infrastructure and AI providers and is protected by contractual safeguards.

To generate programs and coaching replies, relevant parts of your profile, training history and message content are sent to our AI provider. We send only what is needed for that request.

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and we remove your personal data, other than records we must retain for tax, accounting or legal purposes.

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and withdraw consent for optional processing at any time. Contact us through your account to make a request. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy regulator.

The platform is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
