Cancellation & Refunds

Open your profile, go to Membership, and choose Cancel membership. Cancellation is immediate to request — no email, no phone call, no retention hoops.

Cancel at any point in the 7-day trial and you are charged nothing. Access continues until the trial end date.

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. On the monthly option that is the end of the month you have already paid for; on the 3-month and annual options it is the end of that paid period. Your membership does not renew after that and no further payment is taken. There is no minimum term, no advance-notice requirement and no cancellation fee.

Payments already made are generally non-refundable, since you keep access for the full period you paid for. We will review requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, or a charge taken after a cancellation was requested, and refund those. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

We keep your profile, programs and logs so you can pick up where you left off if you return. If you want everything removed, request account deletion from your profile.
